Karisma Worldwide Recruiter was incorporated on 19th November 2008 as a climax of the evolution of Karisma business since the year 1996. Karisma business started as a general consultancy and foreign manpower supplier under the name of Karisma Consultancy. Throughout under the latest incorporation Karisma business haas become a multi services provider dealing in-foreign mapower supply, tutorial services for primary and secondary students, civil and mechanical engineering services and general consultancy services.
We offer labour supply services in sectors like maids, construction, agriculture, plantation, manufacturing, facility management, logistics, hospitality, oil & gas, food and beverage, healthcare, domestic helper and etc. We have our training, recruitment and testing facilities in various countries from where we recruit skilled, professional and unskilled workers based on job description and demand of the company.

YUVENDRAN A/L RAJASEGARAN, A diploma holder in mechanical engineering. A young and energetic director who has been groomed by the pioneers of Karisma to become the CEO of the company. He deals with the company manpower sector, with more than 15 years above experience as he started at age 18.
YUVENDRAN A/L RAJASEGARAN
RAJASEGARAN A/L PERUMAL, The pioneer and founder of Karisma Business with more than 30 years experience in foreign supply and recruitment services and also general in consultancy. He deals with the company foreign affiliates and acts as a chief liaison with government departments in Malaysia. Mr Rajasegaran also have been listed in book of Successful People in Malaysia.
Rajasegaran initially started off as a petrol station attendant while moonlighting at a car wash. Realizing the limitations of these jobs, he took up a factory job and toiled until he become the Operations Manager. Nevertheless, it was his melange of experience that made him notice a gap in the Malaysian labour landscape.
Rajasegaran travels to many countries, including Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Cambodia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Pakistan and Indonesia in search of quality labour. As for his management style, Rajasegaran emphasises that he and his staff enjoy a healthy working relationship in which efficiency is valued more than bureaucracy.
It is clear that Rajasegaran is not just a man of many talents but a man of foresight as well. Although he is already prominent in the world of recruitment, the future seems to hold a greater promise for this visionary to conquer greater heights.
